Mandibular Ameloblastoma

Abstract

Ameloblastoma is a rare condition that most commonly involves the mandible. This 22 years lady presented with right-sided mandibular swelling increasing slowly over the last 8-10 years. Radiological examination i.e. orthopentogram and CT scan were consistent with meloblastoma. Patient underwent hemi-mandibulectomy and re-construction with fibular graft and plating. Over two years follow-up, the patient is doing well with no recurrence.
